All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
Ceramics are packed with multiple layers of bubble wrap and cushioning. Paintings ship stretched on their frames with corner protection. Lin personally handles every package — because she knows this isn't just a transaction, it's a piece of her work going to a new home.

Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after shipment

Damaged Pieces
If your piece arrives damaged, please photograph both the item and the packaging immediately and contact Lin within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged pieces will be replaced or fully refunded. Lin stands behind every piece she ships.
Returns
Because each piece is one of a kind and made by hand, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or significantly different from its listing. If you have a concern, reach out — Lin will always do her best to make it right.
Ceramic Care
All functional ceramics are food safe and microwave safe. To keep your piece looking its best:
- Handwashing is recommended over dishwasher for pieces with reduction-fired or specialty glaze surfaces
- Avoid sudden extreme temperature changes (e.g., moving directly from freezer to stovetop)
- The natural variations in glaze color and surface texture will evolve beautifully with use over time
Painting Care
Original paintings on canvas or canvas board:
- Keep out of direct sunlight to preserve color vibrancy over time
- Dust gently with a soft dry cloth — avoid liquid cleaners
- Store in a dry location away from humidity
